Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Standard Shipping (Free on all orders): Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location).
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of fulfillment based on your shipping address and availability.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@chargenest.store and we will investigate immediately. ChargeNest is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs).
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support@chargenest.store. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
